PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.205 of 2021, on the file of Nandigama Police Station, Krishna District. 2. When the petition came up for hearing on 27.07.2021 this Court has passed the following order: “…The investigation shall go on to find out the truth or otherwise of the allegations set out in the F.I.R..” 3. Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Nandigama Police Station, Krishna District wherein it is stated that during the course of investigation, the Police have examined five (5) witnesses, but, however, the investigation is not yet completed till date. 4. In view of the fact that the investigation in the present case was not stalled by this Court and as no charge sheet has been filed till date, the Police are directed to file a charge sheet in the present petition after completion of the investigation as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
