Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Mahendra Pratap, learned counsel for respondent no. 1. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "1. direct the District Judge, Ghazipur to decide the Arbitration Application No. 324 of 2021, Ram Chadnra (Deceased) and others Versus Project Manager, National Highway Authority of India and others pending before him within stipulated period or as fix by this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper so that justice be done." 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that Arbitration Application No. 324 of 2021 is pending consideration before the District Judge, Ghazipur and till date same has not been decided by the court concerned. 4. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondent, with a request to District Judge, Ghazipur to decide the Arbitration Application No. 324 of 2021, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
