Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.34 of 2025, under Section 70(1), 127(2), 143(2), 351(3) BNS, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Sitapur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that co-accused was enlarged on bail vide order dated 10.11.2025. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the nature of the allegations against the applicant to be similar to the co-accused who has been enlarged on bail and adopting the same reasoning as contained in the order dated 10.11.2025, the applicant who is in custody since 01.11.2025 and has explained his criminal antecedents, is entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Hukum Singh Alias Virendra Singh Alias Sandeep Singh be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Rajiv Raman Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
