HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 438 CR.P.C. No. - 1338 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE KARUNESH SINGH PAWAR, J. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case Crime No.-82/2021, U/s -2/3 U.P. Gangster Act, P.S. Gomti Nagar, District - Lucknow. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that in three cases shown in the gang chart, the applicant has already been granted bail, and copies of the bail orders have been brought on record. It is further submitted that apart from the said three cases, the applicant has a criminal antecedent of only one additional case, which has been duly explained in paragraph 14 of the bail application, and no other case is pending against him. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. Having regard to the applicant’s criminal history comprising four cases, including the three mentioned in the gang chart, the seriousness of the offences alleged, and the stringent provisions of Section 19 of The U.P. Gangster and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
