Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 06.03.2018 whereby petitioner's representation for grant of minimum pay scale for a Class IV post has been rejected. 3. From the record, it appears that petitioner had earlier filed Writ Petition No. 4624 (SS) of 2018 seeking regularization. The said petition was disposed of vide order dated 13.02.2018 directing authority concerned to take a decision. It is in pursuance thereof, the impugned order had been passed on 03.06.2018. 4. A perusal of impugned order will make it evident that petitioner's very engagement on daily wage in the department has been denied. Learned counsel for petitioner has placed reliance on photocopies of certain registers annexed as Annexure - 2 to the writ petition. Since entire basis of claim of petitioner is based on photocopies of registers, same would definitely raise a factual dispute with regard to petitioner's engagement as daily wager, which this Court is disinclined to adjudicate upon. 5. In view of the aforesaid, liberty is granted to petitioner to approach the Labour Court for the relief claimed by the petitioner.
