The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted representation, dated 17.02.2025 seeking to conduct survey in the gap area of Ac.88.00 cents between the forest land and revenue land. But, till date the respondents neither conducted survey nor issued any proceedings rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3 On the other hand, teamed Assistant Government Pleader for 4. Revenue has furnished a copy of the written instructions, dated 10.06.2025 respondent. Relevant paragraph of the said instructions th issued by the 4 reads as follows:- In this connection, I have conducted an enquiry and survey of the above lands duly issuing notice, dated 28.04.2025 to the writ petitioner with directed to attend survey of mentioned lands, but the writ petitioner has not attended and his son namely Sri Kumar Reddy, S/o. G.Amarnatha Reddy has attended and also given consent statement for close the above said PGRS petition No.CTR20250217514, dated 17.02.2025 due to absence of his father and suitable guidelines are not having for conducting the said gap area lands. Further, I have sent a letter to the District Collector, Chittoor for issue necessary instructions and communicate any guidelines for conduct gap area lands between the Forest land and Develampeta Revenue village boundary. Flence, the survey of above gap area lands will be completed, after receipt of necessary guidelines and instructions from the Government as early as possible". He further submits that after nd respondent, the respondents will conduct getting instructions from the 2 survey as requested by the petitioner in his representation, dated 17.02.2025. Having regard to the submissions made by both the learned counsels, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing Respondent Nos.2 to 4 herein to consider the representation, dated 17.02.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
