It is submitted that, the petitioner was appointed to the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III on 08.07.2008. On 17.05.2013 the respondent has issued a notification subsequent to which, the petitioner was entitled for revised pay scale according to the circular of the State Government. The petitioner has already taking benefit of revised pay scale but she has not received the arrears. Hence, it is prayed that appropriate orders be passed. 3. Learned State counsel opposes the petition and the submission made in this respect. 4. Considered on the submissions. In the case of Avinesh Kumar Namdev and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others (WPS No.5328/2021), Coordinate Bench of this Court has observed in paragraph No.5 and 6 that :- “5. Given the limited grievance that the petitioners have i.e. for clearance of the arrears of payment at the earliest and considering the fact that it is almost 10 months now that the decision of the respondents Annexure P/3 was taken on 22.12.2020, ends of justice would serve if the writ petition at this juncture disposed of directing the respondents 3 to ensure that the entire arrears of payment payable to the petitioners are cleared at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, failing which the entire amount shall carry interest @ 10% p.a. from the date of order Annexure P/3 dated 22.12.2020 till the actual date of payment is made. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.” 5. in view of the directions in the case of Avinesh Kumar Namdev and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others (supra), this petition is also disposed off on the same line. Hence, this petition is disposed off. Respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider on releasing the arrears of the revised pay-scale granted to the petitioner with effect from 21.06.2016 to 02.09.2018 and release the same at the earliest, preferably, within a time limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the entire amount shall be paid along with interest of 10% per annum. 6.
