By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Mohanlalganj, Lucknow for expeditious disposal of their application under Order XXXIX, Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. The defendants/opposite parties have already put in appearance before the learned trial court. 5. In these circumstances, this petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Mohanlalganj, Lucknow to decide the application under Order XXXIX, Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. (Paper No.C-6) as also Application C-15 dated 16.05.2023 and Application A-27 dated 03.07.2025, pending in Suit No.2363 of 2022: Manju Sheela Nigam and others Vs.
