Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Shri Shruti Sahu, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and Shri Piyus Kumar, learned counsel for the State-respondent. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following main reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to pay the leave encashment alongwith other dues which are lying with the opposite parties since the year 2011. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner regarding payment of leave encashment as contained in Annexure No.2 to this writ petition." 3. After arguing at some length, counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub served, if this Court may permit the petitioner to move a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 and give a benefit to decide the same within a period prescribed by this Court. 4. Counsel for opposite parties has no objection. 5. Be that as it may, without entering into merits of the case, the petitioner Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rajendra Prasad, Kuldeep Prakash Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Shanker Lal, Shruti Sahu Virendra Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Deptt. Cooperative U.P. Lko. And Another .....Respondent(s) is given liberty to move a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 within a period of ten days. If such representation is moved, the opposite party no.2- Managing Director, Pradesik Cooperative Dairy Federation Ltd., Lucknow shall consider and decide the same within further period of six weeks. 6.
