The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Panki P.S. Case No. 25 of 2022 (S.T. Case No.90 of 2024), for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 302 of the I.P.C. and charge has been framed under Sections 323/34, 324/34, 326/34, 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 16.03.2022, there was some altercation between the children of both the parties. The petitioner along with co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the wife of the informant, due to which she succumbed to her injuries. It was submitted that there is specific allegation of assault on Lachhu Bhuiya. It was further submitted that as far as the petitioner is concerned, there was general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Panki P.S.
