She stated that despite intimation, the respondents 1 to 5 did not initiate any action. 2. When the matter came up before this Court on 28.11.2025, Ms.T.Vidyasri, appearing for M/s.P.T.Ramadevi and Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, appearing for the Inspector of Police, J5, Shastri Nagar Police Station, represented that immediate steps will be taken to remove the obstructions over the passage. 3. I recorded the statement and post the matter today. 4.
