The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 14/2025. 3. It has been alleged that three persons were apprehended by the police with brown sugar and they have implicated the petitioner. The petitioner, therefore, appears to have been implicated on the disclosure made by the apprehended accused to the effect that the petitioner was supplier of the brown sugar. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2025. 4. Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S.
