None is present on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition nor there is any request for pass over or adjournment of the case. 2. The case was got adjourned on the very first date i.e. on 13.02.2024. Thereafter again the case was got adjourned on subsequent dates and on lastly on 26.02.2024, the following order was passed:- "Today, again adjournment has been sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner. List again. It is made clear that pendency of this writ petition shall not be a ground for installing the investigation in abeyance. " 3. This petition has been filed challenging the F.I.R. vide Case Crme No.0673/2023, under Sections 306/504 IPC dated 07.10.2023, Police Station Kotwali City, District Pratapgarh. 4. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions received from Ankit Srivastava, Sub Inspector, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Pratapgarh, which has been produced before this Court and taken on record, submits that the final report No.127/2024 dated 09.08.2024 has been filed in the matter in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate on 24.10.2024, therefore, this petition has lost it's efficacy.
