Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 3. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.164 of 2024, under Section 103(1), 352, 238 BNS, P.S. Gomti Nagar Extension, District Lucknow. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that co-accused with same allegation was enlarged on bail vide order dated 29.10.2025. 5. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 6. As the allegations based upon suspicion are similar to that of the co- accused, the applicant who has one case of criminal antecedents of one minor offence is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant Dileep Kumar Yadav be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Shashank Shukla, Prachi Shukla Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
