Shri Karan Agarwal, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.8, which is taken on record. 2. We have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the material on record. 3. Upon perusal of the documents, it appears that by a letter dated August 27, 2025, the Block Development Officer, Raebareli has written to the Sub District Magistrate, Tehsil Salon, District Raebareli informing the Sub District Magistrate that the work of laying down the Kharanja is being prevented by private respondent No.8. The authority has sought for police protection and police assistance for completing his work. 4. In light of the above letter, it is clear that the proposal for laying down the Kharanja is already in existence and the private respondent is acting as a hindrance in completion of the work. 5. In light of the same, the authorities are directed to take police protection and the police authorities are directed to ensure that protection is given to the Gram Pradhan and the relevant persons, who are carrying on the work for laying down the Kharanja. The necessary work should be completed after taking a police protection within a period of two weeks from date.
