The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No.167 of 2022, for the offence registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class 1st Class, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is counter blast case being Radhanagar P.S. Case No.168 of 2022. He submits that the petitioner and the informant are relatives and the altercation took place due to some property dispute. He submits that allegations are general and omnibus and compromise is also effected between the parties. He submits that four persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.9034 of 2023. 4. Learned State counsel opposed the prayer on the ground that allegations are there of assault. 5. Considering that the informant and the petitioners are relatives and there is case and counter case between the parties and further the 2025:JHHC:27905 2 compromise is there, and in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to provide privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Rajmahal, in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No.167 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
