Mr. Parv Sharma, Advocate, for applicants/respondents. CMP No. 18369 of 2025 Heard counsel for the parties. Perused the application. No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicant. The appeal in the case at hand was decided on 25.9.2006. From a perusal of the documents appended alongwith the present application, it is evident that the present applicant/respondent No.1 has attained the age of majority. Previously, during the pendency of the appeal, she was being duly represented by her father/natural guardian. In view thereof, the father of applicant/respondent No.1 is discharged from acting as a natural guardian. Henceforth the applicant/respondent No.1 is entitled to pursue remedies in pursuance to judgment dated 25.09.2006, as now she is entitled to protect her interest in her own capacity. Power of attorney on her behalf stands filed. Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 18371 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicant. Non-applicant has no objections, if in case, the application is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No. 1 i.e. Anju Bala. Appeal in the case at hand was decided on 25.9.2006. No further proceedings are pending adjudication before the Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No.1 in terms of her share delineated in para 3 of the application. The amount be remitted to her bank account alongwith interest accrued thereupon, details whereof have been given in para 3 of the application subject to proper verification of her identity.
