Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, direction has already been issued to Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, to do the needful in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be complied with. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. However, Deputy Director of Elementary Education, Kullu, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, is directed to ensure that consequential benefits in terms of judgment, sought to be complied with, if not already released, be released within two months.
