.2025 Heard Ms. M.A. Ozah, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. U. Sarma, learned standing counsel for the respondents in Secondary Education Department and Mr. B. Deuri, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.3 and 5. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing her to make necessary correction in the additional affidavit, dated 09.07.2025, arising out of the affidavit-in-opposition filed on 15.07.2024, as per order of this Court dated 14.05.2025 and 20.06.2025. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the additional affidavit filed by the applicant, the number of the writ petition was inadvertently mentioned as WP(C) No.2003/2004, in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit-in-opposition at page No.165 in 8 th line from the last and at page No.168, in 4th and 13th line from the last, and at page No.169 in 11th line from the last and in 4th line from the top and at page No.170 in 9th line from the last, instead of WP(C) No.2003/2024 and the same is required to be corrected and accordingly, she prayed for allowing this application. Mr. Sarma, learned standing counsel for the respondents in Secondary Education Department and Mr. Deuri, learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.3 and 5
Page No.# 3/3 submit that they have no objection in the event of making the aforesaid correction in the additional affidavit. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this interlocutory application stands allowed.
Necessary correction as stated in paragraph No.3 of this interlocutory application being made in the additional affidavit filed by the applicant on 09.07.2025. Ms. Ozah, learned counsel for the applicant shall file corrected fresh additional affidavit before this Court within a period of one week from today. In terms of above, this I.A. stands disposed of.
