Hon’ble Shri Bibhu Datta Guru, Judge Order on Board 22/04/2025 Heard.
1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner, is seeking a direction towards the respondents to decide the application submitted by the petitioner on 09.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) by which the petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground as the father of the petitioner, who was a government servant died in harness on 09.09.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that after the death of the father of the petitioner late Ganesh Ram Kurre, the petitioner has submitted representation before respondent No. 3 on 09.11.2024, seeking appointment on compassionate ground as per the policy of the State government and the said application has not been decided by the respondents till date.
3. Learned State counsel on instructions submits, that the respondent No. 3/ Superintendent of Police has already forwarded the application of the petitioner to the DIG, Police Headquater, Naya Raipur vide letter dated 05.02.2025 and the application of the petitioner will be considered and the necessary order will be passed in accordance with law within 30 days.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
5. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, at this juncture, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed off. Sd/-
