Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The petitioner has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Room No.04, Sultanpur to expedite the Sessions Trial No.388 of 2018 (State Vs. Sushma Dubey and others) arising out of Case Crime No.490 of 2016, under Sections 302, 34 IPC, relating to Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Sultanpur, which is pending before him since 2018 within a time frame. 3. It has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the fact witnesses have been examined and the Investigating Officer has not been examined and the trial is pending since 2018 with no further progress. He prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid sessions trial expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid sessions trial in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties. 5.
