Heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. Pursuant to order dated 19.12.2025, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate produced the instruction provided by the Executive Officer, NAC, Gudari. The same be kept in record. 4. Basing on the instruction, it is contended that petitioner has already been sanctioned with pension vide sanction order dated 29.10.2022 of the Collector and District Magistrate, Rayagada. It is also contended that gratuity amount has already been released to the petitioner on 23.03.2023. 5. In view of the instruction so provided, it is the view of this Court that the relief as claimed has already been extended. 6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
