Since the aforesaid application of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2 nd respondent to consider and pass final orders on the petitioner’s application, dated 14.10.2024, seeking sub-division and mutation of patta in her name, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. Accordingly, the 2 nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s application, dated 14.10.2024 seeking sub-division and mutation of patta, in her name, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation. 5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
