Learned counsel for applicant has very fairly submitted that the pension uptil the month of October, 2025 has been paid in the month of November, 2025 and the judgment and order passed by the Writ Court dated 29.04.2025 passed in Writ A No. 4682 of 2025 has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous but liberty may be given to the applicant that in case in future the regular monthly pension is not paid he may approach this Court again. 2. As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 3. Notice issued earlier, if any, stand discharged. 4. It is always open for the applicant, he may avail the remedy as may be permissible under the law.
