Mr. Davinder Chauhan Jatta, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents No. 1 to 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the non- applicants submits that costs in terms of order dated 6th March, 2025 stand deposited with the H.P. High Court Bar Association. No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicants. He further submits that they have no objections, if in case, amount as has been sought to be released, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants alongwith interest accrued thereupon. The appeal in the case at hand was decided on 25.11.2019. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submit that no further proceedings are pending before the Hon’ble Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants. Each would be entitled to 1/3rd shares alongwith proportionate interest accrued thereupon. Amount be remitted to their bank account, details whereof have been given in para 8 of the application subject to their proper verification. The application stands disposed of. (Bipin C.
