Page No.# 2/2 This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing the applicant to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,25,600/-, being the 50% of the awarded amount deposited before the Registry of this Court. Ms. Mozumdar, learned counsel for the respondent/opposite party submits that she has no objection in the event of directing the applicant to file a bond. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, it is provided that on furnishing a bond of equal amount, Registry shall release the amount of Rs.1,25,600/- to the applicant herein.
