Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned court below/learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10 (erstwhile presently Court No. 9), Allahabad to decide the trial pertaining to Complaint Case no. 1699 of 2022 (Smt. Renu Pushpakar Vs. Mahendra Pushpakar and 6 others) filed under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station-Shivkuti, District-Prayagraj, within stipulated period. 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the matter is pending since 2022. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 10, Allahabad/concerned court is hereby directed to expedite the Complaint Case no. 1699 of 2022 (Smt. Renu Pushpakar Vs. Mahendra Pushpakar and 6 others) filed under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station-Shivkuti, District- Prayagraj, preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
