Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.466 of 2024, under Section 65(1) BNS, P.S. Maharajganj, District Raebareli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the applicant was granted bail vide order dated 16.10.2025. Subsequently, Section 65(1) of BNS was added and the present application is in the newly added section. 4. Learned AGA has opposed the bail application. 5. Considering and adopting the reasoning of the earlier bail order dated 16.10.2025, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail in the added Section 65(1) BNS also. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Bhola @ Rajan be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number under Section 65(1) BNS on the same terms and conditions as Versus .
