By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is holding the post of Cluster Academic Coordinator, Tahakwada Block Chindgadh, Sukma is questioning the order dated 06.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) by which the respondent No. 3 has relieved the petitioner from the post of Cluster Academic Coordinator, Tahakwada Block Chindgadh, Sukma and directed to join at Middle School, Palamandagu, Block Development Konta as teacher. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide Annexure R/2-1, the petitioner has been posted as a teacher (LB) in Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal. He further submits that by impugned order dated 06.12.2024 (Annexure P- 2), respondent No. 3 has relieved the petitioner from additional charge of Cluster Coordinator, Takhwada and directed to join as teacher at Middle School Palamandagu, Block Development 3 / 4 Konta. He further submits that original place of posting of petitioner was Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal and by withdrawing the additional charge, the petitioner cannot be directed to join at new place i.e. Middle School, Palamandagu, Block Development Konta. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 submits, if that is the case of the petitioner, the petitioner, may approach the authority concerned by raising his grievance. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order Annexure P-2, by which the petitioner has been directed to join at Middle School, Palamandagu, Block Development Konta which is not his original place of posting. 5. From perusal of Annexure R/2-1 i.e. 16.07.2021, it appears that the original posting of the petitioner was Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal, when the charge of Cluster Coordinator was handed over to the petitioner, therefore, after withdrawing the additional charge, the petitioner cannot be directed to join at a new place i.e. Middle School, Palamandagu, Block Development Konta which is not his original posting. 6. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order dated 06.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) is quashed. The petitioner is directed to join at his original place of posting i.e. Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal as Teacher LB in place of Middle School, Palamandagu, Block Development Konta as directed by the respondent No. 3 by 4 / 4 order dated 06.12.2024 within 15 days and respondents are directed to permit the petitioner to join his duties at Government Higher Secondary School, Tongpal. 7.
