No notice is being issued to the respondent No.4 taking into consideration the nature of order proposed to be passed. 3. With the consent of the parties, the matter is being decided finally. 4. Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents-authorities to conduct free, fair and impartial investigation of the FIR dated 31.08.2025 registered under Sections 76, 78, 79, 352, 351(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kaiserganj, District Bahraich. 5. Learned A.G.A. states that all the offences under which the FIR has been lodged carry a maximum sentence of up to 7 years. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the statement of the informant has also been recorded. 7. Considering the aforesaid the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents-authorities to conduct free, fair and proper investigation in accordance with law in F.I.R. dated 31.08.2025 registered under Sections 76, 78, 79, 352, 351(2) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Gautam Mishra, Madhavendra Nath Misra Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
