Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel for opposite party no.1 and Mr. Ashok Kumar Verma, learned counsel for opposite parties no.2 to 5. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main reliefs:- "(i) to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the opposite parties to grant annual increments due from the year, 2015 and benefit of 1st Assured Career Progression Scheme to the petitioner within some reasonable time. (ii) to issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the opposite parties to make the payment of arrears arising out after implementation of annual increments as well as 1st Assured Career Progression Scheme within some reasonable time." 3. Pollution Control Board, Regency Road, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided in the light of any recommendation made in favour of petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
