This case has been taken up on the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. Heard Sri Ram Kewal Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. In deference to the order dated 08.10.2025, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 31.10.2025, submits that by means of a letter dated 24.10.2025, the Government has accorded sanction in pursuance of the report and recommendation of S.I.T. dated 24.07.2024. He further submits that since the sanction has been granted, charge sheet against the Station House Officer shall be forwarded at the earliest. A copy of the instructions dated 31.10.2025, provided to learned Chief Standing Counsel alongwith letter dated 24.10.2025 and the order passed by this Court, is taken on record. 4. Thus, learned A.G.A. submits that this petition has lost it's efficacy, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner and he submits that the petition may be disposed of in terms of statement of learned A.G.A. 5. This writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement of learned A.G.A. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ram Kewal Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
