City Civil and Sessions & Special Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-71). (ii) Quash the entire proceedings against the petitioners in P.C.R.No.5/2025 on the file of the LXX Addl. City Civil and Sessions & Special Judge, Bengaluru (CCH- 71) for the offences punishable under Sections 126, 351, 353, 356 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 3(1)®, 3(1)(s) of S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities Act,)1989, (iii) Pass any other order/s as deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice." 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to appear before the trial Court on the next date of hearing in PC.R No.5/2025 which stands posted on 27.03.2025 and make necessary submissions, - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8491 CRL.P No. 2575 of 2025 file pleadings etc. before the Sessions Court before the next date of hearing. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. The petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to appear before the trial Court in P.C.R.No.5/2025 on the next date of hearing which stands posted before the trial Court on 27.03.2025. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioners to file pleadings, make submissions etc., which shall be considered by the trial Court which shall pass appropriate orders.
