Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, Distrit Bahraich. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2018 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicant prays that the court concerned may be directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the aforesaid case in accordance with law. 5. This application stands disposed of.
