Petitioner has directly invoked the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, impugning his transfer order dated 12.04.2025 whereby and whereunder he has been transferred from Government Senior Secondary School, Chirawanda, Karauli to Government Senior Secondary School Kumbharo Ki Nadi, Barmer. 2. Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation, is likely to be retired as his retirement is due on 30th June, 2027, hence, the transfer order deserves to be quashed/stayed. 3. Petitioner has alternative and statutory remedy available to him before the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur, hence, counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the [2025:RJ-JP:18944] (2 of 2) [CW-6915/2025] writ petition with liberty to petitioner file an appeal before the Tribunal. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 5. It is hereby observed that in case, petitioner files an appeal within a period of 10 days, same may be considered by the Tribunal expeditiously as early as possible. 6.
