The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- (a) to forthwith take action on the written application dated 07.10.2022 (received on 08.10.2022) submitted by the petitioner for checking the issuance of illegal rent receipts over his land based on alleged fraudulent records and for issuing rent receipt after proper measurement in the name of the petitioner and his brothers. (b) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) or a writ particularly in the nature of mandamus particularly for a direction upon the concerned respondent authorities to forthwith provide the information regarding the illegal issuance of rent receipts of his land to some local persons; (c) to furnish the information sought by the petitioner in RTI Application dated 22.10.2024 under - 1 - W.P.C No.3033 of 2025 2025:JHHC:20854 the Right to Information Act, 2005; (d) to dispose of all related appeals and objections filed by the petitioner in a time-bound manner.. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out her remedy in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
