Heard Sri Manu Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Jitendra Sarin, learned counsel for respondents. 2. Petitioner, working as Junior Engineer, was put under suspension vide order dated 28.12.2024 with an allegation that OTS calculation was very minimum. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner refers subsequent communication dated 02.01.2025 that entire data was not taken note of and calculation was very much high. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that charge sheet is handed over to petitioner on 09.03.2025 and a reply is being sought and inquiry will be concluded expeditiously. 5. Considering aforesaid submissions as well as taking note of subsequent communication dated 02.01.2025 as well as that inquiry has been initiated after more than 3 months, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that petitioner will cooperate in the inquiry. Meanwhile, petitioner will file a reply annexing all relevant material before concerned respondent and concerned respondent will revisit the suspension order on basis of subsequent materials and will pass a reasoned order within 4 weeks thereafter. 6.
