By way of filing this writ petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned judgment dated 10.05.1995 passed by the Board of Revenue (for short, “the Board”) by which the reference sent by the District Collector, Dholpur under Section 82 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (for short, “The Act of 1956”) has been allowed and the subject land has been declared as land of Mafi Mandir and the possession of the petitioners in the subject land has been declared as invalid. 2. The aforesaid judgment was passed by the Board more than three decades back, i.e., in the year 1995 and no plausible explanation has been given by the petitioners for challenging the validity of the same, after a lapse of more than 30 years. 3. The instant writ petition suffers from delay and latches and the same is hereby rejected on this count alone. 4. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed.
