At this stage, Mr. Kotecha, learned counsel for the respondent reported that Mr. Avinash Mishra, Advocate who was appearing on behalf of the appellant is no more and on the last date of the hearing i.e. 17.12.2024, his relative Mr. Shobhit Mishra, Advocate appeared and prayed for time to seek instructions. 6. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission and also considering that there is no representation on behalf of the appellant even when the matter was called twice, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Appeal for want of prosecution. 7.
