The present anticipatory bail application u/s 482 BNSS has been filed by the applicant Ram Palat with the prayer to grant the applicant anticipatory bail directing the Station House Officer/Investigating Officer of Police Station Sikanderpur, District Ballia to release him on bail in connection with Case Crime No. 46A/2006, under Sections 409, 419, 468, 471, 218, 201, 120-B, 34 IPC. 4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the anticipatory bail application under Section 482 BNSS be dismissed as withdrawn as he intends to file a better petition. 5.
