Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State counsel for opposite parties no.1 to 4 and Mr. Anurag Srivastava, learned counsel for opposite party no.5. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Opposite Parties to pay the post retiral dues of General Provident Fund (GPF) and Group Insurance Scheme (GIS) due to the Petitioner with applicable interest computed from the date of retirement till date of actual payment." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before concerned authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
