Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, charges have been framed and the trial is in progress, as such he wants to withdraw this petition with a request to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
