HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MUKESH RAJPUROHIT Order 13/05/2025
1. The appeal is as frivolous as it could be. Challenge to the posting order at Mount Abu under a modified direction is sought to be assailed on the ground that as there is another vacant post at Pratapgarh, the appellant should be considered for being posted at Pratapgarh, rather than at Mount Abu.
2. An employee cannot dictate the employer as regards his choice of posting. The appellant was posted on promotion to the post of Establishment Officer. In the absence of there being any

3. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed.
