Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Mayank Sinha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State. 2. By means of the present application, the applicant is seeking cancellation of order dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.657/2025, whereby, the opposite party no.2 has been ordered to be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant himself admits that the opposite party no.2 has not yet been enlarged on bail in spite of order dated 26.08.2025. When the opposite party no.2 is continuously serving in the jail in spite of the bail having been granted to him on 26.08.2025, there is no occasion for the bail having been misused by him. 4. In such circumstances, there is no ground to cancel the bail granted to the opposite party no.2 which has yet not become effective. 5.
