The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 3 and 4 to renew the license in Form CL-2 30.06.1976 which was last held as per Annexure- A in terms of Rule 5-A(3) of the Karnataka Excise (Sale of India and Foreign Liquors) Rule, 1968. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has sought for renewal of CL-2 License and the same has not been considered as of today. Hence, a Mandamus is ordered directing respondents 3 and 4 to consider the application of the petitioner seeking renewal of CL-2 License in accordance with the law within two weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
