Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no. 2/ District Magistrate, Kaushambi to decide the application dated 23.06.2022 with regard to the grant of Arms Licence under Section 13 of the Arms Act, within stipulated period as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that application of the petitioner is pending consideration before respondent no.2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that application of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that application of the petitioner pending before respondent No.2 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
