By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party Nos.1 to 3 to conclude the free and fair investigation of Case Crime No.567 of 2024, under Sections 352, 351(2), 333, 329(2), 115(2) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1) (da) & 3(1) (Gha) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station-Krishna Nagar, District-Lucknow, as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. 4. Sri S.P. Singh, learned Additional Government Advocate has produced a copy of instructions letter dated 29.10.2025 provided by Sri Gaurav Kumar Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station-Krishna Nagar, Police Commissionerate, Lucknow addressing to the learned Government Advocate, High Court, Lucknow, which is taken on record. 5. As per the aforesaid instructions, the investigation has been completed and the charge-sheet has been prepared and submitted before the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anil Kumar Mishra, Arun Chand Pandey, Ram Bahadur Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Sunita Devi .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Deptt. Of Home Lko. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Supervisory Authority. 6. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. 7. Therefore, the same is consigned to record.
