JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Pratik Sen, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Ruby Pandey, A.P.P. --- 03/04.09.2025 Heard the parties. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahuwatand P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 331 (4) and 305(a) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri R.R. Unknown thieves took away jewelleries, cash and other valuable articles. It was submitted that the petitioner was apprehended in a case at Madhya Pradesh, in which, he has confessed his guilt.
