Heard Mr.A.Neeraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.S.Indhu Bala, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent. 3. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property by virtue of a registered Sale deed dated 21.01.1998 registered as document No.90 of 1998. 4. The petitioner submitted an application on 07.07.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name. Acting upon the same, the approval was communicated by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Tirutani on 02.08.2025 mentioning patta No.2404. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to issue the patta in the name of the petitioner pursuant to the approval communicated by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Tirutani on 02.08.2025 and the entire process shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
