Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents no. 2, 3 and 4 to comply the order dated 21.11.2008 0passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri in Case No. 229 of 2008 in Case Crime No. 84 of 2008 under Section 304, 326, 354, 323 IPC, Police Station - Onchha, District - Mainpuri issued Non Bailable Warrant and process U/S 82, 83 Cr.P.C. against respondent no. 5 Jitendra and 6 Abhilakh, who are absconding till date, otherwise the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss and injury. 2. The relief prayed by the petitioner can not be granted by this Court. The petitioner may avail any alternative remedy available to him under law. 3.
